ประกาศกรมเจ้าท่า ที่ 280/2565 เรื่อง แก้ไขปรับปรุงแบบใบสำคัญรับรองวิทยุเพื่อความปลอดภัยของเรือสินค้า (Cargo Ship Safety Radio Certificate) และบันทึกรายการอุปกรณ์ (Record of Equipment : Form R) ตามประกาศกรมเจ้าท่า ที่ 12/2560 ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อมติขององค์การทางทะเลระหว่างประเทศ

ประกาศกรมเจ้าท่า ที่ 280 / 2565 เรื่อง แก้ไขปรับปรุงแบบใบสำคัญรับรองวิทยุเพื่อความปลอดภัยของเรือสินค้า ( Cargo Ship Safety Radio Certificate ) และบันทึกรายการอุปกรณ์ ( Record of Equipment : Form R ) ตามประกาศกรมเจ้าท่า ที่ 12/2560 ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อมติขององค์การทางทะเลระหว่างประเทศ สืบเนื่องจากกรมเจ้าท่าได้ออกประกาศกรมเจ้าท่า ที่ 12/2560 เรื่อง กาหนดแบบใบสาคัญ รับรองและแบบบันทึกรายการอุปกรณ์เกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยแห่งชีวิตในทะเล โดยเป็นไปตามอนุสัญญา ระหว่างประเทศว่าด้วยความปลอดภัยแห่งชีวิตในทะเล ค.ศ. 1974 ( International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 : SOLAS 1974 ) ซึ่งต่อมาคณะกรรมการ ความปลอดภัยทางทะเลขององค์การทางทะเลระหว่างประเทศ ( International Maritime Organization : IMO ) ได้รับรองข้อมติ ที่ MSC . 436 ( 99 ) ณ วันที่ 24 พฤษภาคม 2561 แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมแบบ ใบสำคัญรับรองและบันทึกรายการอุปกรณ์ดังกล่าว เพื่อให้แบบใบสาคัญรับรองและบันทึกรายการอุปกรณ์เป็นไปตามข้อกาหนดของอนุสัญญา SOLAS 1974 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม อาศัยอำนาจตามความในข้อ 10 (4) ประกอบข้อ 15 ของกฎข้อบังคับสาหรับการตรวจเรือ กาหนดหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการและเงื่อนไขในการออกใบสาคัญ รับรองเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยแห่งชีวิตในทะเล พ.ศ. 2559 อธิบดีกรมเจ้าท่าจึงจาเป็นต้องแก้ไข ปรับปรุงแบบใบสาคัญรับรองวิทยุเพื่อความปลอดภัยของเรือสินค้า ( Cargo Ship Safety Radio Certificate ) และบันทึกรายการอุปกรณ์ ( Record of Equipment : Form R ) ตาม ที่ปรากฏ ในประกาศกรมเจ้าท่าที่ 12/2560 โดยให้เป็นไปตามรายละเอียดที่ปรากฏตามภาคผนวกที่แนบท้าย ประกาศนี้ ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ 28 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 256 5 สรพงศ์ ไพฑูรย์พงษ์ รองปลัดกระทรวงคมนาคม รักษาราชการแทน อธิบดีกรมเจ้าท่า ้ หนา 36 ่ เลม 140 ตอนพิเศษ 7 ง ราชกิจจานุเบกษา 11 มกราคม 2566
