ประกาศกรมการค้าต่างประเทศ เรื่อง การตรวจคุณสมบัติของสินค้าทางด้านถิ่นกาเนิด เพื่อขอหนังสือรับรองถิ่นกาเนิดสินค้าที่ไม่ใช้สิทธิพิเศษทางภาษีศุลกากรสำหรับสินค้าเฝ้าระวัง (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ. 2566 ตามที่ได้มีประกาศกรมการค้าต่างประเทศ เรื่อง การตรวจคุณสมบัติของสินค้าทางด้านถิ่นกำเนิด เพื่อขอหนังสือรับรองถิ่นกาเนิดสินค้าที่ไม่ใช้สิทธิพิเศษทางภาษีศุลกากรสาหรับสินค้าเฝ้าระวัง พ.ศ. 2565 ลงวันที่ 8 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2565 นั้น เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรการทางการค้าของประเทศผู้นาเข้า และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น ในการป้องกันการหลบเลี่ยงมาตรการทางการค้า โดยการใช้หนังสือรับรองถิ่นกาเนิดสินค้าสาหรับสินค้า เฝ้าระวังที่ไม่ใช้สิทธิพิเศษทางภาษีศุลกากรในการสาแดงต่อศุลกากรประเทศผู้นาเข้าว่าสิ นค้าดังกล่าว มีถิ่นกาเนิดจากประเทศไทย จึงสมควรปรับปรุงแก้ไขรายการสินค้าเฝ้าระวังการแอบอ้างถิ่นกาเนิดสินค้า เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการป้องกันการหลบเลี่ยงมาตรการทางการค้า อธิบดีกรมการค้าต่างประเทศ ออกประกาศไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้ ให้ยกเลิกบัญชีรายการสินค้าเฝ้าระวั งการแอบอ้างถิ่นกำเนิดสินค้าท้ายประกาศกรมการค้าต่างประเทศ เรื่อง การตรวจคุณสมบัติของสินค้าทางด้านถิ่นกาเนิดเพื่อขอหนังสือรับรองถิ่นกาเนิดสินค้าที่ไม่ใช้ สิทธิพิเศษทางภาษีศุลกากรสาหรับสินค้าเฝ้าระวัง พ.ศ. 2565 ลงวันที่ 8 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2565 และให้ใช้บัญชีรายการสินค้าเฝ้าระวังการแอบอ้างถิ่นกาเนิดสินค้าท้ายประกาศนี้แทน ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ 17 มกราคม พ.ศ. 25 6 6 รณรงค์ พูลพิพัฒน์ อธิบดีกรมการค้าต่างประเทศ ้ หนา 8 ่ เลม 140 ตอนพิเศษ 21 ง ราชกิจจานุเบกษา 30 มกราคม 2566
