ประกาศคณะกรรมการพิจารณาคัดกรองผู้ได้รับการคุ้มครอง เรื่อง กำหนดเอกสารแสดงสถานะเป็นผู้อยู่ระหว่างคัดกรองสถานะ แบบการพิจารณาให้สถานะเป็นผู้ได้รับการคุ้มครอง และแบบพิมพ์ลายนิ้วมือ โดยที่เป็นการสมควรกำหนดเอกสารแสดงสถานะเป็นผู้อยู่ระหว่างคัดกรองสถานะ แบบการพิจารณา ให้สถานะเป็นผู้ได้รับการคุ้มครอง และแบบพิมพ์ลายนิ้วมือ ผู้ขอเป็นผู้ได้รับการคุ้มครอง ตามระเบียบ สานักนายกรัฐมนตรี ว่าด้วยการคัดกรองคนต่างด้าวที่เข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรและไม่สามารถเดินทาง กลับประเทศอันเป็นภูมิลำเนาได้ พ.ศ. 2562 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในข้อ 9 (1) และข้อ 19 ของระเบียบสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี ว่าด้วยการคัดกรองคนต่างด้าวที่เข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรและไม่สามารถเดินทางกลับ ประเทศอันเป็น ภูมิลำเนาได้ พ.ศ. 2562 คณะกรรมการพิจารณาคัดกรองผู้ได้รับการคุ้มครอง จึงออกประกาศกำหนดไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้ ข้อ 1 เอกสารแสดงสถานะเป็นผู้อยู่ระหว่างคัดกรองสถานะ ตามแบบ (คก.6) แนบท้าย ประกาศนี้ ข้อ 2 แบบการพิจารณาให้สถานะเป็นผู้ได้รับการคุ้มครอง ตามแบบ (คก.7) แนบท้าย ประกาศนี้ ข้อ 3 แบบพิมพ์ลายนิ้วมือ ตามแบบท้ายประกาศนี้ ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ 28 เมษายน พ.ศ. 256 6 พลตำรวจเอก ดารงศักดิ์ กิตติประภัสร์ ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติ ประธานคณะกรรมการพิจารณาคัดกรองผู้ได้รับการคุ้มครอง ้ หนา 34 ่ เลม 140 ตอนพิเศษ 166 ง ราชกิจจานุเบกษา 11 กรกฎาคม 2566
